I highly recommend Gustavo! He was extremely professional and did a great job. I brought in my Ford Transit van with A/C issues, and he was able to diagnose the problem and get everything resolved. Great service, knowledgeable, and very professional. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future repairs!

Fernando and the boys helped me get 2 new tires on my car, an hour before they closed. Not to mention their customer service from the minute we walked in, was very genuine and super friendly. My husband and I waited in their waiting room area, and listened to them take customers up until the very last minute before they closed shop. We both come from the service industry, so we respect that a lot. Quick, efficient, and easy going all around. You guys kick ass, we’ll be back. Thank you so much!

If you have all day, go here. First and last visit. Had an appointment at 9 am. Technician started working on my vehicle at 11:30 am. They told me the technician was late to work. They had to order a part and be done around 7 pm. Front desk guy, Fredrico was really nice. That’s why I gave an extra star.

Took my car in for an alignment after I changed all the suspension with new parts,car only has 70,000 miles on it. First they said they couldn't finish my alignment because a camber bolt was to tight so I paid the 150$ and took the car home and checked the bolts. They where not tight and was easy to loosen. Took it back in and told them I loosened the bolt. They came back and said they still couldn't do the alignment cause the maybe the bolt was rusted and possible bushing damage and they showed me what bolt wich there is not a spec of rust on my car, so I took the car home and pulled the bolt and checked the bushing and found no issues. Finally said screw it and took it to Les Schwab and they did my alignment with no issues so in return I had them throw on some wheels and tires since pep boys seem to not know how to work on volkswagens. I thought cause they are open on sundays wich is my only day free I would give them the business but after this experience I dont want them to even look at my car. Maybe they didn't know ive been a mechanic for 19 years and sadly dont have a alignment rack at home wich was the only reason I was bringing my car in. Sadly I could only imagi

I had a great experience at this repair shop. The staff provided excellent customer service and were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the issue with my vehicle and kept me informed throughout the process. The repair was handled efficiently and my car is running great now with a brand new axle. I really appreciated how helpful and respectful everyone was. By the time I left, I felt like we were family. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs.
